The method
Over the years I’ve developed a holistic approach that integrates modern biohacking with data analysis and hands-on testing to identify bottlenecks and restore system-level balance.

Biohacking insights & strategic guidance
The primary layer: practical, evidence-informed guidance drawn from the best of the biohacking world. I primarily work with biochemistry, mitochondrial function, nervous system regulation, immune load, and metabolic resilience – the layers that determine how much stress a system can absorb, adapt to, and recover from.

Remote hands-on bioresonance & functional testing
The secondary layer: assessment of organ and system energy functional coherence, meridian dynamics, subtle structures, and pathogen resonance – all through precise French radiesthesia testing methods that reveal deeper layers of imbalance. It helps generate working hypotheses about priorities, bottlenecks, or blind spots.

Grounded, targeted, actionable protocols
Individually tailored recommendations for restoring metabolic resilience, vitality and stability – practical, actionable protocols for healing and self-improvement.

Advanced: remote frequency & energetic harmonization
The extra layer: remote frequency-based sessions supported by radiesthesia structural energy balancing, and targeted harmonization – advanced, optional layer for complex or persistent patterns, used when foundational regulation is in place.
The larger picture: a multidimensional approach to health and well-being
When dealing with the complexity of living systems, maps can be useful tools for orientation – as long as we remember that maps are not the terrain. The real work always happens in lived physiology, daily habits, and observable responses. The framework I work with views the human organism as multi-layered: from the physical and biochemical level, through regulatory and energetic functions, to emotional, mental, and deeper meaning-oriented layers. These layers are not treated as separate realms, but as interacting aspects of one system.
Any conceptual model is only valuable if it leads to grounded, workable action. By identifying weak links, overload points, and supportive factors at each layer – while keeping a bird’s-eye view of the whole system – the aim is to progressively restore coherence, resilience, and internal balance. This framework is not used for abstraction or belief-building, but as a navigation aid: to clarify priorities, avoid blind spots, and support practical steps that translate into real-life change.

Who this work is for
This work is for people who are willing to meet reality where it is — whether their starting point is biology, experience, or meaning.
You may resonate with this work if:
- You are dealing with complex, chronic, or layered issues that don’t respond well to one-size-fits-all solutions
- You value biohacking, functional nutrition, and nervous system regulation, and want guidance that prioritizes physiology and resilience
- You are open to systems thinking, and comfortable working across multiple layers without confusing maps for truth
- You are curious about intuitive or energetic perspectives, without outsourcing responsibility or discernment
- You want grounded progress, not spiritual bypassing or endless symptom-chasing
This work can meet you where you are.
Some people engage primarily on the biological and regulatory level, using intuitive assessment only as directional information.
Others come with a strong energetic or spiritual framework, and benefit from grounding that perspective in physiology, structure, and feedback.
In both cases, the aim is the same:
integration rather than belief, coherence rather than ideology, and change that holds in daily life.
Who this work is not for
This work may not be a good fit if:
- You are looking for quick fixes, miracle cures, or guaranteed outcomes
- You want intuitive insight to replace personal responsibility, experimentation, or feedback
- You’re looking for a doctor. I am not a doctor and this is not a medical advice
- You are not willing to take on the path of deep lifestyle, diet and mental landscape changes
- You prefer rigid belief systems — whether purely materialistic or purely spiritual
- You are not willing to engage with your own data, responses, and limits
- You want simple truths and generalisation where complexity is unavoidable
This approach requires curiosity, patience, and a willingness to adjust course based on what actually happens.

Working with Edgars gave me so many clues, all of which came together in a unique system of practical solutions for my specific situation!
